The term "Asian food" covers a lot of different cuisines. We're open for anything, including food from China, Japan, Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. … We will have general themes - ie, Italian, Mexican, Chinese (very general themes to start). From there, it's up to you to decide if you like the theme - and if you do - source a dish, purchase the ingredients, and show up on time. That's about it!
